- Rare random loot drop in the Desert Zone.
- 3 rewarded for completing the quest Data Analysis Freak.
- Sold by the shopkeeper in the Amusement Park after completing Route C or Route D.
Function[]
The Tech Manual is used for the level 2 to level 3 upgrade of Pods B and C. Five Tech Manuals are required for each of these upgrades.
